Return & Refund Policy

At Hill Grit, all products are fulfilled through our supplier partners via Shopify Collective. Return eligibility and timelines are determined by each supplier's individual policy. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] and we'll coordinate with the supplier to make it right. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size/fit selections. Refunds, when approved, are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
