At Hill Grit, your satisfaction matters. Because we work with third-party suppliers and dropshipping partners, our return process may vary by product. Please read the details below before initiating a return.

Return Window

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Some supplier-specific restrictions may apply and will be noted on the product page where applicable.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products — including perishables, digital downloads, and items marked final sale — are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll coordinate with the supplier and get back to you within 2–3 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Affiliate Products

Some products on Hill Grit are affiliate links that redirect to third-party retailers. Returns for those items are handled directly by the retailer per their own policy.
